Welcome to the ST330 Rumble Stick support pages. Here you will find commonly requested files such as drivers and also answers to commonly asked questions to help you get the most out of your ST330 Rumble Stick.
Q1: I have installed the driver CD but when it comes to the section where I click Test it skips this part and goes to the end of the installation. Why is this?
or
Q1: I have installed the stick on my PC and it works in games but I get no Force Feedback
A1: Either you have plugged in the controller prior to installing the software or you are running Windows XP. If you have Windows XP then see further down this page for Windows XP solutions. If you plugged the controller in accidentally before installing the software (and even if you didn't) then try running the NukeUSB software. This can be found by looking in the C:\Program Files\Saitek\Saitekforcefeedback directory on your computer's hard drive. Unplug the stick first before you do the following. When you run it the ST330 should be listed in the NukeUSB window - if it is then click it to highlight it, then click the Remove Selected Devices button and it should disappear from that window. Now plug the stick back in and it should redetect and reinstall so now open up the Game Controllers/Gaming Options icon in Control Panel and the ST330 should be present in the main controllers window - click Properties to test it and if it works in there then it will work fine in your games.

Q2: My Controller isn't working in my game, why is this?
or
My controller is not performing correctly in my game, what's happening?
A2: The first thing to check if the controller isn't working in the game is whether it is working in Game Controllers/Gaming Options in Control Panel. You can do this following the instructions in the General FAQ. If it is working okay in there then we know the controller is okay and problem has to do with the game itself.
First, make sure that the game actually supports game controllers, because some PC games just don't (if you're unsure you should contact the game publisher for more info on this).
Secondly, make sure you have correctly enabled the controller in the game's control options screen - most games have an options screen where you have to set up the controls - if this is a little unclear to you then the best people to contact this are, again, the publisher of the game as they will be more familiar with the game's inner workings.
Thirdly, the game may well need an update to correct an existing problem that the game may have shipped with. Always check the game's website to see if there are any updates for it (typically called Patches).
